When you use our project enquiry form, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, package preference, business category and project message. We use that information to respond to your enquiry, discuss project requirements and provide requested services.
How enquiries are stored
Enquiries are saved in a private database on Cloudflare and emailed to Quode Palette through Resend, our email provider. If our own system is unavailable, the enquiry is sent through Web3Forms instead so it is not lost. We keep enquiries only as long as needed to respond and manage the project relationship, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Analytics
We count visits with a privacy-friendly method that uses no cookies and builds no profile of you. Each visit records the page viewed, the site you came from and your country. To tell whether someone has already visited today, we compute a one-way hash that changes daily and is not stored with your IP address, so visits cannot be linked across days. We do not collect analytics if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
Third-party services
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which also stores our database. Links to WhatsApp and external project demos take you to third-party services governed by their own policies. Media assets are served from Cloudinary.

You can choose not to submit personal information and can contact us through another available channel. If you want to ask about information submitted through this site, contact Quode Palette directly.
